Permissions ​

Team permissions control what each member can do within a team.
By default, only the team owner has all permissions.
New members start with no permissions until the owner grants them.

Each permission can be toggled individually, and some automatically enable others based on hierarchy.


πŸ‘€ See Team Licenses ​

Determines whether the user can view any licenses within the team.
Without this permission, the user won’t see team licenses in the dashboard.


🧾 Manage Team Subscriptions ​

Allows the user to create, edit, or delete the team’s subscriptions.
Deleting a subscription also removes all associated licenses.

Enabling this automatically grants all license-related permissions.


🧩 Manage Team Licenses ​

Grants control over licenses that the user doesn’t own, including the ability to:

  • Pause or activate licenses
  • Extend durations
  • Edit metadata
  • Lock or reset HWIDs

Enabling this also grants Manage Own Licenses.


πŸ—‘οΈ Delete Team Licenses ​

Allows the user to delete any license in the team.

Enabling this also grants Delete Own Licenses.


πŸͺ„ Create Own Licenses ​

Lets the user generate new licenses under the team’s applications.

Enabling this also grants Manage Own Licenses.


βš™οΈ Manage Own Licenses ​

Allows the user to edit or manage only their own licenses, including:

  • Extending duration
  • Editing metadata
  • Resetting HWID

🧹 Delete Own Licenses ​

Allows the user to delete only their own licenses.


🌐 Manage Webhooks ​

Allows the user to create, edit, or delete webhooks within the team’s applications.

  • Team Owner: Has all permissions by default.
  • New Members: Start with no permissions until the owner enables them.
